A community leader for many decades, Ross was born and bred in Rangiora and has known the Spark family all his life.
“I was thrilled to be asked to sell this special development with so much family history,” he says.
“I have been involved in sales most of my life, owned a home appliance store in Rangiora for 15 years, and specialised in real estate for 11 years.”
Ross is Past-President of the Rangiora RSA Club, and has been recognised for his 25-year role as a volunteer firefighter - six of those as Rangiora's Chief Fire Officer. He was awarded a Queen's Service Medal (QSM) for services to the New Zealand Fire Service in 2011.
