Rossburn sits on farmland that has been in family hands since 1870. It's being shaped with the same care — into a community where the Northbrook Wetlands, Northbrook Stream, and views to Mt Grey are part of daily life.
Rossburn sits north of Boys Road on family farmland first established in 1870. The Northbrook Wetlands run along its edge, Otamatāpura crosses the land, and Maukatere stands on the skyline to the north.
The masterplan works with what is already here. Streets, reserves and homesites follow the shape of the land, the mature trees and the water.
