We're thrilled to have you with us as we start an exciting new chapter - the beginning of our residential development at Rossburn.
What makes Rossburn so special? Natural beauty, layers of history, and a family deeply committed to caring for this land for the long term.
Rossburn is intrinsically linked to the Northbrook Wetlands, an ecologically significant reserve and home to a wonderful array of wildlife. The Northbrook Stream flows gently through the reserve lake, with a network of walkways and cycleways to explore – a serene backdrop for daily life.
The name 'Rossburn' honours the Ross family, originally from Scotland, who first established the farm in 1870. The Spark family has farmed the property since 1942 – over 80 years of continuous stewardship.
Now, Geoff Spark, his cousin Hannah Williams, and Hannah's father Richard are representing the Spark family, and creating a new generation of life at Rossburn.
