After many years of planning, the first sections at Brookside and Marketside have been released — a moment the family has been working towards for a long time.
Brookside follows the line of the reserve, with sites set along the North Brook Esplanade and the stream running past, and the long view out to Maukatere/Mt Grey. Marketside gathers around The Old Dairy, where the old farm buildings are planned to find new life as a community hub and a weekend farmers' market.
As one of our registered interest holders, you're hearing first. The sections are offered by deadline sale, closing 4pm Monday 12 October.
